How Can I Trust My Intuition?

Uncategorized Oct 05, 2024

Today, let’s talk about something we all struggle with: trusting our intuition. How often have you asked yourself, “Did I make that up?” Whether it’s a gut feeling, a dream, or a spiritual sign, doubt creeps in. I’m here to help you shift your focus and guide you through building faith in your intuitive experiences.

First, I want to remind you that doubt is natural. We’ve all been conditioned by society or upbringing to question things beyond the physical. But your intuition is real and, with practice, you can distinguish it from imagination. Here’s a tip: Imagination feels like a “push,” where you actively create the image or idea. Intuition, on the other hand, feels like a “pull,” something that comes to you naturally.

Our brains are wired to repeat patterns, and if we’ve been told for years that intuition isn’t real, it can be hard to break free from that disbelief. However, just like creating new habits, you can retrain your brain by staying open and practicing. I recommend setting aside small moments of time where you fully believe in your intuitive abilities, even if it’s just for seven minutes. This helps build confidence in your intuition.

One powerful tool I use is the No Doubt Notebook. Documenting your intuitive experiences helps reinforce that they’re real. Over time, this proof helps rewire your brain to recognize these moments as valid.

Skepticism can be a protective layer, and it’s okay to let it go when you’re ready. By allowing yourself to experience spiritual moments with an open heart and mind, you’ll find your intuitive connections become stronger and more frequent. Grounding and protecting your energy (GCP) before tapping in is crucial. It helps you feel safe as you explore your intuitive side.

Lastly, be kind to yourself. Intuition isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience, and there’s no rush to perfect it. Practice, believe, and allow yourself to open up to the spiritual world in your own time.
